Refund policy
All limited edition products from our online store are quality checked by the One Little Planet team to ensure they fall within our standard of quality. With that being said, some toys may still contain minor defects that are part of the manufacturing process but do not affect the overall quality of the toy. If you feel like you've received a defective toy, please email us at support@onelittleplanet.com with the reason and images for your request. Each request will be handled on a case by case basis and must be made within 5 days from the date you received your order.
All returned merchandise must be packed in the original packaging in the same condition in which it was received. Final sale items are not eligible for exchanges.
All packaging for products is solely a protection for the contents inside, so we cannot replace packages even if they are damaged.
Upon dispute, One Little Planet reserves the right to make the final decision on all exchange cases.
