Shipping policy

Orders are shipped via S.F. Express or Hong Kong SpeedPost and products will be shipped out within 5 business days (unless specifically specified) of purchase.

We may contact you to clarify your shipping information, which may cause a delay in your shipment date. Delays may also occur due to customs clearance.

In addition, please keep in mind that due to COVID-19, shipments may be delayed unexpectedly until further notice.

We reserve the right to cancel orders for certain limited edition items where information is incomplete and/or inaccurate.
